ABOUT PRODUCTS

1. How do I know that the products you sell are brand new? Every item we sell is guaranteed to be 100% brand new and in the same condition with the shoes in your local store.

2. Which size should I choose?

All products are sold according to the international sizing scheme used by the designer. To convert this to your usual size, simply click on the 'size conversion chart' link which you will find on every product page. In addition, our team of Fashion Advisors can answer all your questions on sizing and fit---simply contact us at service@redblackshoes.com for advice.

3. How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless "Out Of Stock" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email us at service@redblackshoes.com to find out if there is a waiting list for that item (you will have to be a registered user).

ORDERS & SHIPPING

1. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation via email.

2. Can I make changes or cancel my online order?

Yes. Please contact us via Live Chat or email us to cancel an order. Once the order has been under processing, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you can decide whether to keep it or return it after receiving the order.

3. When will my order arrive?

Most orders are shipped in 2 business days after they are placed. Usually it takes 7-10 working days for the whole delivery process.

4. How can I track the status of my order?

PAYMENT

1. What methods of payment do you accept?

There are currently three ways to pay. Customers can finish online payment with credit card or debit card. If customers don't have credit cards available, or need to buy large sums of goods, we strongly recommend Western Union Money Transfer.

1. Online payment with credit card or debit card. This is the most frequent payment method. It is fast and efficient. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, and American Express and so on.

2. Western Union Money Transfer. At present, we accept UK pounds, USA dollars and European dollars. If you are ordering from another country, your credit card statement will reflect the converted amount based on your bank's exchange rate on that day.

2. Will I have to pay for my shoes to be returned?

Regrettably we are unable to cover any postage costs for returning now.

3. How long will I return it for a refund?

You can return your shoes for a refund within 14 days after receipt of the order. The original shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
