For all orders, we provide FREE shipping all over the world where EMS reaches.
All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any.
When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm during weekdays, and will require a signature from the recipient upon the items'arrival, which gives you peace of mind that your items will arrive safely and directly to your appointed location. All parcels will be held for picking up if it can't be singed or delivered. So please provide us with correct and detailed shipping address for the delivery. We are sorry that P.O. Box address is unacceptable currently. The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.
Because all of our shoes are hand-made, it takes 3-4 days to process and ship. It usually arrives within 10 working days. We are sorry that we do not provide overnight shipping currently. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example ordered shoes are out of stock, we will email you to advise you of the likely delay.
We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time, which is determined by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with parcel origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, carrier complications or customs delay.
The status of your parcel is online traceable. After your items are dispatched, the online tracking number and link will be sent to your email and be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email, because the package may not have been processed by the post office or the tracking information not been updated in time. If you can't track your parcel after 2 days, please feel easy to contact us.

What are my payment choices?
There are currently three ways to pay. Most customers are used to online payment with credit card or debit card. If customers don't have available cards, or need to buy large sums of goods, we strongly recommend Western Union Money Transfer and PayPal
1. Credit card and debit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Maestro, Solo, AMEX are accepted online. All online transactions are secure & protected. Please note if you are ordering from another country your credit card statement will reflect the converted amount based on your bank's exchange rate on that day.
2. Western Union. For orders over 500 pounds, you can use http://www.westernunion.com to send money from almost anywhere in the world. Please go to http://www.westernunion.com/info/selectCountry.asp to find your agent and confirm you can pay by West Union, then contact us to get our information of West Union. Please notify us after you send a Western Union payment. We will need the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) that you receive from Western Union as well as your address, phone number and the items you desire shipped.
3. PayPal
Returns:You may return the UNWORN goods purchased from redblackshoes.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Otherwise the items will be returned to you.
Please contact us at service@redblackshoes.com for the returning address, which is different from the address on the parcel we send to you.
Refunds will be credited to the original way of payment only. Please understand the original shipping fee is not refundable. Because of the own characteristics of our merchandise, a 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:Exchanges are only allowed when the merchandise are defective or damaged upon receipt, not for every order or for wrong size. All items can only be exchanged for replacements at the equal price, and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Email us firstly for the returning address as well as a return authorization without which returns are unacceptable. Customers are responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will ship out the replacements only after your returns have been received.
Guideline: 1. A Return Address must be obtained from customer service for a refund. Order number must be written on the outside of the packaging. If order number is not visible or provided, package may get lost or returned to you;
2. On the packing slip, circle the item(s) being returned. Please indicate the reason for return;
3. Pack merchandise securely. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return;
4. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal service. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the return process;
5. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for shipping charges of the whole exchange process.
